Dear Sir
I understand that the Railroad fare from New York to Salt Lake City, with our emigrants, this season will be fifty two dollars ($52.00) greenbacks. What the fare across the ocean will be I have not yet heard, probably thirty to thirty five Dollars. The price is continually changing, and until the contract is made
nothing decided can be said. The best way to send money to be used for the emigration of people in

England is to get a draft at this office, and the best way is to come and get it, but you might send it here by Post Office Order, Still matters at the Post Office in this city are very unsatisfactory. If you only want to send money enough to bring persons from New York, you could send a P.O. Order to W.C. Staines Box 3957. New York Post Office, who is the Church Immigration Agent this season.

Yours Very Respectfully
Geo. Reynolds
