Dear Bro:-
Your letter to President Young of the 17th Ult. was handed to me last evening.
Enclosed please find draft No. 167 on H.S. Eldredge Esq. 42 Islington, Liverpool, England. for £4.9.8 Sterling, which is equivalent to Twentysix (26) dollars U.S. Currency.

You say in your letter: "Enclosed you will find Twentysix dollars 26.00) in Currency". Now when the letter was handed to me, there was thirty dollars Currency enclosed. Two 10 dollar bills & Two 5 dollar bills.

How is it? Did the President hand you back the change? please give particulars.
