Your favor of 16th June, is to hand and I was pleased to hear of the success that had attended your labors. You are at liberty to return home whenever you may deem it best, and consistant with the interests of the Saints under your charge. Regarding the price of fares to Utah this season, the time our emigrants will arrive, and for all other particulars relating to the transporting of the Saints to Zion, this season, write to Elder W.C. Staines, Box 3957, Post Office, New York City, who is our authorized agent for emigration business, at Present. May the Lord continue to bless you
