Can any but a member of your Church get a divorce in Utah: Yes. Religion has nothing to do with such matters here

Must they be residents & for how long? Must be, or declare their intention to become such.

What are the causes? Habitual drunkenness, wilful absence for more than one year. Impotency after marriage, conviction for felony. Brutal conduct. Incompatibility &c.

What are the Counsel fees?  Nothing. unless by agreement.
Court, Sheriffs Costs. Fees. &c. The entire costs of court & officers, exclusive of witnesses does not exceed $20.00

Is there other than District Court divorces? The probate courts have exclusive jurisdiction in Divorce cases

What is the Railroad Fare from Ogden to Salt City? First Class $2.00

What is board per week? From $5.00 to $20.00
