Dear Brother:-

In reply to your favor of 16th inst. regarding your family difficulties I will say, that judging from your statements, I deem the decision of the bishop a correct and judicious one. But my advice to you is to apply to the Probate court, and there have the question of the division of the property and the guardianship of the children finally settled.
