Brethren

It having been represented to me that it would cripple the operations, and impair the usefulness of certain branch co-operative Institutions, situated in southern Utah, to pay the tithing on the profits of their business in Cash, I desire to say that where such is the case, I will accept of the tithing of these institutions in good, sound, young horned stock, to be delivered on my order as Trustee in Trust, at such times and of such kinds as I may
notify you.
