Dear Sir:

Your favor of June 3rd to President B. Young has been handed to me to reply to. I am sorry to say there are no funds on hand at present to aid anyone to come to this Territory however much we may desire to fill these valleys with an industrious, honest and virtuous population. If you wish to obtain any information regarding the coming of our immigrants, please write to Mr. W.C. Staines Box 3957 P.O New York, who is our duly authorized Immigration agent in the East.

Yours Very Respectfully
Geo. Reynolds
Clerk to Prest Young
