Dear Brother:

This evening Prest Young received from Elizth Jenkins, Greenville, Beaver Co., the sum of Fifty Dollars in U.S. Currency to be applied, if possible, on the emigration this year, of her son, Richd Butler, Rotheram Branch, Yorkshire This has been handed to Elder W.C. Staines, as the only means to accomplish her object. So if he can raise the balance of the means and come on with the last company or can follow in time to be at New York before 24th September he will find his Railroad ticket at bro Staines Office 8 Battery Place, New York. Please advise bro Staines if he can come or not this year, so that he may know if he should get his ticket or not

Your Brother in the Gospel
Geo Reynolds
