Dear Bro:-The office needs a 'Nautical Almanac' for 1871' also if it can be obtained for 1872. It is printed at the Bureau of Navigation at Washington D.C. but can in all probability be obtained thro' some of the principle booksellers in New York. We use this kind of Almanac from which to obtain the true time in connection with our Astonomical Observations. Please therefore to send them to me or President B Young.

No time should be lost in getting the money for those shares, but they should sell for 35 or at all events not under 30 without you receive instructions. Between 30 & 36 you are safe to go ahead. Telegraph when sold.

Yours
T.W. Ellerbeck
