In answer to your application to me for counsel, I advise you to take a Mission to Soda Springs, with a view to settling in that Section, and aiding in the development of the resources of that country for farming, stock raising &c. in connection with the brethren who may settle there, and I pray God to bless you in every righteous undertaking & to give you strength in the discharge of every duty that may devolve upon you.
