Land Agent C.P.R.R. Co Sacramento.

Dear Sir:
I should be pleased to learn the terms on which you would sell the desert and bench lands belonging to the Central Pacific Railroad Co. in Box Elder, Cache and Davis Counties, in this Territory; so that the people can negociate with you for the purchase thereof. This land, as you are well aware is extremely poor, mostly difficult to irrigate and will cost considerable to bring it into cultivation. An early reply giving price per acre and other necessary particulars will oblige

Yours Respectfully.
