Dear Brother
Permit me to say in reply to your communication of 19th inst that in my remarks, to which you draw attention, I scarcely thought of yourself or any other individual in particular, but of the bishops and wards as they are throughout the Territory if any persons came into my mind, while I was speaking, they were the present acting bishops with whom I then thought and still think, there is a lack of energy.
