Dear Bro:-Just at present I think I could use two or three hundred dollars worth of home made cloth -such as jeans, linsey, &c. to assist in liquidating my railroad indebtedness.

If you will send me immediately, cloth to that amount I will allow you as much as I can for it. so as to make it satisfactory.

P.S. Bro. Farr is waiting for this -- excuse haste.
