Dear Bro:

My counsel to you, in reply to your note of the 6th inst is, to get something to do, and go to work to sustain yourself and your family and continue in well doing, and leave experementing with your water wheel entirely alone. for I cannot think that it will prove profitable for you to continue your experiments, I would therefore advise you to desist from any further endeavors in that direction.
