Your favor of 21st inst to President B. Young has just come to hand, also the attachment two weeks ago. President Young is now absent from this city on a lengthened tour in the southern portion of the Territory, but has left your plow attachment in the hands of his foreman, Mr. A.C. Pyper, who will make trial thereof and report to you immediately
