Mrs. R.N. Baskin,

Madam: We are now enabled to let you have the premise on the hill, just North of Prest. Kimball's, you desired to purchase of Prest. Wells, and if you wish you can take possession in a few days.

Mr. R.V. Morris, the person of whom the place was originally purchased, is not at present in the City, Consequently some little delay may arise before the title is secured to you.

Do you wish the deed made out in your own name? If so, please inform me, giving your name in full.

Awaiting Your answer. I am Madam
Respectfully Yours
