Instead of leaving the tithing produce in the hands of those who haul tithing to pay, I think that the best way would be to prepare places for its reception & storage till such times you can forward it to the City, or make other ligitimate disposition of it. All the grain, vegetables Hay & all other products should be collected in the seasons thereof & carefully preserved.

Judging from the care you manifest in storing your own cereals, vegetables, Hay & Stock you would <will> make a good Custodian for the Church also
