Your favors of 17th & 19th inst with enclosure are to hand. In reply I have forwarded a blank form of divorce to receive the signatures of brother and sister Fuller. Please see that it is properly signed, witnessed and dated, and then return to this Office Regarding bro. John Thomson's case let the young lady be paptised if she desires it, and after a time let her come down to the city, receive her endowments and be sealed to him.

The idea that was conveyed to me as to the wishes of the President regarding the family of Elder David M. Smart was that during his absence they were to do all they could to sustain themselves, and where they could not help themselves the church would assist them
