Dear Bro:
 
I was instructed by the Prest. to-day, to write you for particulars with regard to Bro. Reuben Foulkes of Almy. So far as I understood him, it has reached his notice that Bro. Foulkes married some young girl, and afterwards denied, both in public and private, that she was his wife. Also, that in some court, both took an oath that they were not married to each other.
 
Please send the Prest. those particulars soon as convenient.
