To all Bishops,

President Young desires to obtain a correct and detailed list of the Tithing property in the different Wards. Please make out a careful list of all tithing property under your jurisdiction-- He wants to learn the Kinds, quantities and valuation of such property -- Your list should show the number of the Lot, Block Plat and acres of the Real Estate, and in whose name the title now rests.

The value of the Real Estate and improvements thereon.

A description of said improvements, number of head and Kind of Stock with their average value per head number of bushels of grain, vegetables and tons of hay--

Names and amounts of those owing your tithing office either by note, or account and the amount of back or overpaid tithing due to individuals -- The names of each place in which the property lies must be given
