To the Bishops South.

Elder John W. Turner goes in charge of the Teams loaded with Mills, Machinery and supplies for the Arizona Mission. There are 14 teams averaging 5 animals to each team. At night the teams should be sheltered as much as possible.

Should Bro. Turner need additional grain, provisions, or a few further articles of outfit, you will please furnish them as much as possible through the liberality of the people who may be glad in this way to aid that important mission.

If you should furnish him anything out of the Tithing offices, take his receipt therefore, which forward to the General Tithing office by mail.

Should any of the colonies desire to join & travel with Bro. Turner's Company, they must be entirely subject to his direction. Bro. Turner will deliver the mills, Machinery &c to the Agent appointed by Prest. Joseph W. Young to receive them.

Captain Turner must let us know, from time to time by telegraph where he is & how he and the outfit are getting along.
