Dear Bro:-

Yours of the 16th inst is received. The Prest. instructed me to say to you that the forming of a Co-operative Farming Institution is a very laudable enterprise and if well and properly conducted, it is calculated to do good.

The working out of the system, more than the theory of it, will determine its character; so that if you are agreed among yourselves, and feel like going ahead.-- do so-- and the results will speak for themselves.

Your Bro. in the Gospel
D. McKenzie. Sec
