The Hon. Mayor and Members of the City Council of Salt Lake City.

Gentlemen,

The Supt. of the U. C. Railroad will have a Locomotive and one Passenger Car for the accomodation of your committee to meet Speaker Blaine and conduct him to this City on Friday 23rd inst.

As he is expected to reach Ogden at 5 p.m. it is proposed to start from this city at 3 p.m. precisely.
