Geo. E. Whitney, Esqr.
Prest. S. L. C. Choral Union.

Dear Sir. Yours of the 14th inst. to Prest. B. Young has been received.

He instructed me to acknowledge its receipt and to assure you that so far as he is concerned he is perfectly willing you should have the Salt Lake Theatre, but having recently made arrangements with Messrs Reynolds & Harris (whose term commenced Saturday night last) giving them the management of the Theatre, they are the parties you will have to consult with.

Yours with respect
D. McKenzie, Sec.

P. S. Mr. Reynolds may be found at the Theatre.
