Dear Bro:-- Yours concerning the Sarah Ann Cook case was duly received.

An execution against me for $3717.87/100 is in the hands of the sheriff and I intend to file a bill in chancery, but as Parley Williams has been unable to find the receipt you allude to, I wish you to forward me immediately, your Affidavit that you served your notice to appeal to the Attorneys.
