Your note of the 21st inst., in relation to draft is received.
 
Certainly, you can draw on me for the amount of the bill, I leave it to your own judgement. I would be pleased if you could arrange with the parties to take it in two drafts, one at three days sight, the other at, say, fifteen or thirty days. I will pay the interest on whatever time you can arrange for, which you can include in the last draft.
