Prest. Smith Says pay the Kings the 800$ for their interest in the Ranche Let them have as many horses as they will take. I will send them an order on Bp Callister for the balance so soon as you let me know the amt. Get from them deed of all their right title and interest in the Ranche & then have the Recorder of Millard Co. put it on record -- Have the deed made out in George A. Smiths' name as Trustee in Trust for the Church -- You must get some person to enter it and the Spring also, for the Church -- You must get some person to enter it and then Spring also, for the Church so that we may obtain U. S. patent therefor -- There ar no white wash brushes in the Tg. ofs. now
