Permit me to inform you that I cordially with our instructions views and remarks con when written to you. I wish that General D. H. Wells, Dec. l0th, 1853, and to learn that they receive your ready, with and much gratification.
From all I hear, I presume of some against from a of smooth and worldly polish, itary merit, these should be considered in candor, <and little> weaknesses of men for important positions and give discourses have proven full of interest on those occasions.
