Captains And Gentlemen,

Permit me to inform you that I cordially [loss] with our instructions views and remarks con [loss] when written to you. I wish that [loss] General D. H. Wells, Dec. l0th, 1853, and to learn that they receive your [loss] ready, [loss] with and much gratification.

[loss] From all I hear, I presume [loss] of some against [loss] from a of smooth and worldly polish, [loss] itary merit, [loss] these should be considered in candor, <and little> weaknesses of [loss] men for important positions and give discourses [loss] have proven full of interest on those occasions.
