Captains And Gentlemen,

Permit me to inform you that I cordially [loss] with our instructions views and remarks con [loss] when written to you. I wish that [loss] General D. H. Wells, Dec. l0th, 1853, and to learn that they receive your [loss] ready, [loss] with and much gratification.
