To the Director & Members of the
Orchestra of the Deseret Dramatic Association

Dear Brethren,

A letter from the Orchestra of the Association has been placed in my hands volunteering their services to assist to relieve you when you might otherwise be engaged. Believing that a band and music would be acceptable to all; whenever any important engagement may require your services you will please give timely notice to the Brethren of the Association that the others may be prepared to fill your places for <the> evening

Trusting that and peace may continue to be with all.

I [?]
Very Truly
Your brother

Brigham Young
