Dear Bro Willard,

Owing to your continued ill health, I have considered it best to relieve you from the burden of the Printing and Publication of the News.

I have considered, that if you should regain your usual good health, (which may God Grant) such that the History would be sufficiently laborious for the present, in connection with your various and arduous duties.

Again I contemplate making a change in the location of the Press &c. I would prefer seeing you in relation to this subject personally, but I have been confined to my room a few days, and do not yet feel able to go out.

Please if you are able to give me an answer, to the above suggestion by the bearer.

God bless you forever Amen.

Brigham Young
