Enclosed please find a Letter from Orange L. Wight of Colorado River Burnet County, Texas, which he requested to be forwarded to Mrs. Higbee for reading. In compliance with his wishes we have done so herewith, and wish whenever the letter is read, to enclose it and direct to me without delay.
