Bro Charles King,

I have received the lines and bill of costs you sent me, and my advice to you under the circumstances, is to pay said bill of costs, which I return enclosed, and if you are not satisfied with the conduct of bro Kelsey in the matter, and think you can prove the case to be different from what it appeared to the Court, your best course for remedy would be to bring bro Kelsey before the High Council.

Respectfully your bro in the Covenant.
