Dear Brother,
We wish that you would search out all the reprisal stock <in your herd> taken from the Army last fall and forward it to G. S. L. City forthwith; do not drive to fast but go right to work so as to have the stock in the city as soon as possible. If you have any Mules or horses in the herd that was so taken forward them also; be careful to get it all and none other.
Oblige your friend and Brother in the Gospel
