To the Saints in and about Provo City.

Brethren,
We would like to have Bros. Silas Smith take charge of the Church affairs in that place for the present, and Bro. Isaac Bullock to assist him till you hear from us.

You had better keep your Cattle in Provo valley that are there and get the rest of your spare Cattle there as soon as you can.

Try to do right and never faint in well doing, Keep the faith of the Gospel.
