Dear Brethren:
Owing to the jarring ill feeling strife and contention which for some cause seems to be continually engendered in your midst we have concluded to accept of each of your resignations of the offices which you respectively hold as President and Bishop. As the duties and business of the office of Bishop must necessarily by continually attended to Bro. Dive is requested to perform this duty until other arrangements can be made
