You will please furnish this office with a full and definite statement of the business of the printing office department since the commencement of your control of that department in this Territory.  I wish to have the statement disclose the amount and kind of funds received and expended each year-- distinguishing on what account received-- whether for subscriptions, advertisements, job work, or work for government-- On what account, and in kind, disbursed Also amount of debts due by and to the office, and inventory of amount and kind of property at the commencement, since received and now on hand.
