Sir:-In reply to your note of Jan. 26, I have to inform you that I do not know and can not learn that Moses Sleeper now is or ever has been in this Territory, nor do I remember ever having seen him or heard of his belonging to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
