Dear Brother:-I coincide with your views as expressed in your letter of the 16th inst., in relation to your moving to Washington County, and am of the opinion that your can make a living easier there than where you are. In regard to the transportation of yourself, family and effects to that region, I have so much upon my hands that I am not now aware of how I can consistently aid you in the matter, but I presume that, with the small amount of loading you state you own, you will have no great difficulty in arranging for your conveyance by some one who may be going there, or hiring some one to take you there upon condition of your making payment in advance in something you may have to spare, or in cotton or otherwise after you have had a chance to produce it in your proposed new home.

Your Brother in the Gospel,

Brigham Young
