Dear Brother:

Your note by hand of sister Beckstead is received.

You will please get bro. and sister Beckstead together and have them arrange as to the proportion of property she is justly entitled to, and have the same handed over to her. You will also do what is right and just in letting her have the children as she desires to take care of them.
