Dear Brother:--
In reply to your note of the 9th inst., I have to inform you that many are moving into Cache Valley from different settlements, that it is in my opinion a good valley for farming, and stock raising, and I am not aware that yourself or any other persons wishing to locate in that Valley would commit the least impropriety or infringe upon the rights of any in so doing.

I think you would do well in making yourself a good farm and home in Cache Valley, and also all others who wish, as it is intended to make Large settlements in that Valley and north of it.
