Instructions to Bishop Brunson

Be sure to place on the debit side of the General Tithing Department account all sums disbursed by you, on the date thereof, and take receipt for every such disbursement. Also amount of property lost, on deficiency in weighing and measuring grain &c. Enter upon the credit side of said account all profits realized in trading property &c. all sums received by you, otherwise than tithing, and the total amount of tithing received as ascertained from the Schedule at the end of the year.

It is expected that you will settle at this office once a year, and as soon as possible after the 31st of Dec., in the manner set forth in the forms herewith furnished.
