Dear Brother:
If you have not sold your house and Lot in this City and still wash to part with it I would like to make some arrangement with you for it for one of the public hands. If you will please to state your price and how the part coming to you can be arranged as to amount and payment you will much oblige me if that part can be made satisfactory to you, the amount coming to me can be arranged although I will have to take it in work and wait for the pay all is right may the Lord bless and prosper Israel for ever.
