I enclose you a letter of commendation to Sister Christiana Rickets, bearing date april 3, 1857, and signed by yourself; also a certificate of membership given to Sister Rickets in Council Bluffs by br. Wm. H. Folsom, June 22, 1859; and a letter from John Rickets to the aforesaid Christiana. I wish you, at your earliest convenience, to enquire into the matter and report to me your doings therein,
