Dear Brother:--
Enclosed please find an order according to your request upon President John Berry for an Ox.

The Bishop informed me when he was here at Conference, that there was none in the Ward which he could procure for you on tithing, but as you wish for an order upon Bro. Berry we send it you, as perhaps there may be one by this time. If there is not, you can have your pay either in oats or wheat at any time, and President Berry will try and accommodate you as well as he can, and so I presume would the Bishop.
