Governor of the Territory of Utah,
Sir:--

Understanding that you have made enquiries concerning suitable rooms in this City, for the accommodation of the Legislative Assembly during their next annual Session, I take the liberty to inform your Excellency that I have a building viz: the Social Hall, under my control, which is at your disposal for their accommodation, subject to such arrangements as you may suggest.
