Dear Brother:--
I wish you, at your earliest convenience, to have surveyed for br. Lyman Hinman the land he had of Dr. Willard Richards, and add a little to it if you can, and have it recorded to br. Hinman in your county records. I will see br. Franklin D. Richards, the Executor of the estate, about the matter, and he will give br. Hinman a quit claim deed to said land.
