Dear Brother:-- I inclose to you a bill of divorce between Alson Hamblin and Ann Richard (his wife.). Sister Ann, as you will see, has signed the bill, and I wish you to have br. Hamblin also sign it and pay for it, when you can hand him the bill headed "duplicate," deliver the "triplicate" to Sister Ann, and forward the "original" to this Office,
