Dear Brother:
Enclosed please find a list of houses and lots purchased by the Trustee in Trust, which I wish you to take charge of, except the block used for the tithing office.

I understand that several of the houses are rented. You will at once ascertain the names of the tenants, with date of occupancy and the rate of rent, and enter the same upon a book herewith furnished. As the rents become due collect the same and enter the amount to the person's credit. Use all diligence in taking care of the property, and renting to good tenants.

Of course I expect that you will take care of my property as usual
