I received a letter on the 11th inst from Judge Phelps, in which he enclosed a letter from you to Mr. McKinney detailing your views of Bro. Mc. Kinney's treatment of Miss Malinda McMurray, in reply, I wish you to call on Miss McMurray & ask her to visit me at my Office about 8. oclock in the morning on the earliest day that will suit her convenience.
